This 6-week 1:1 container meets you where you are, whether you’re moving through transitions, burnout, or creative blocks. Together, we’ll explore mindful microdosing with breathwork, gentle yoga, somatic practices, and guided reflection to help you settle your nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner direction.

You’ll also receive integration tools, check-ins, and a video library of 12+ practices to support emotional and creative shifts between sessions—so you can move forward with grounded presence and inspired clarity.
