In Practice
In Practice is a four-week group breathwork series designed to support you in creating a sustainable daily practice—one that feels grounded, nourishing, and doable. Through guided breath patterns, somatic tools, and intentional reflection, you’ll learn how to work with your breath to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and return to a deeper sense of clarity and connection. Each session takes place outdoors in Los Angeles, combining the power of breath with the calming presence of nature and community. Our next container begins mid-July, with the day and time set based on group availability.
Embodied Alignment
Incorporating yoga, somatic movement, and coaching, Embodied Alignment is a holistic approach to cultivating mind-body harmony.
