Whether you need to move, melt, or just fully stop — private yoga sessions weaving flow, yin, and nidra to meet you exactly where you are. Some days we'll build heat and shake things loose. Others we'll slow down, get into the body, and let it unwind. Nidra for the days you need to drop all the way in. No rigid sequences, no performing — just a practice that actually listens, and a body that remembers how good it feels to be home.
