About
Hey,
I’m Zoe.
FOUNDER / GUIDE / CREATIVE
A yoga practice that creates space to be exactly as you are. Breathwork that helps to find your center. Plant medicine and altered states that cracked open the parts of me the hustle had sealed shut — a door my parents probably always knew was there, waiting for me to stop running long enough to find it. The ‘embarrassing’ stuff turned out to be the most honest stuff.
Now I get to hold space for people in their own in-between — the fog, the transition, the creative drought, the quiet crisis that no productivity hack can touch. Not because I've got it all mapped out, but because I've been lost in that same territory, and I know what it's like to find solid ground again. That's the thing about this work: it's intimate. It requires someone who remembers what it felt like to not be okay.
I hold that space with a lot more wisdom than I had at 22, and a lot less judgment. The two tend to travel together.
When I'm not working, you'll find me in slow mornings with no agenda, staring at trees, or curled up with my dog with a book (or two) that's been on my nightstand for three months. Basically living the exact life my parents always knew I'd come back to. They haven't said I told you so about that either. Yet.
I grew up in a house where the medicine cabinet smelled like a farmers market. My dad — an acupuncturist — would needle away our growing pains like it was nothing. My mom, a nutritionist-therapist, had a food for every mood before that was even a thing. It was beautiful. It was grounding. And it was deeply mortifying when friends came over.
So naturally, I did what any kid raised on the fringes of "normal" does: I ran the other direction. Art school. Photography. New York City and all its glorious chaos. I climbed the creative ladder hard enough to land myself in the creative director's chair — the one everyone wants, the one with the clout and the impossible timelines — and sat there stressed, successful, and somewhere along the way, completely hollowed out.
Ten years of that hustle left me burnt out in the most expensive way possible.
Here's the thing nobody tells you about running away from home: you take it with you. Every herb, every strange ritual, every thing I swore I'd never do — packed quietly in my chest, waiting. When I finally hit a wall I couldn't work-harder through, that's exactly what caught me.

My foundation in tantric meditation was shaped by Tracee Stanley's Empowered Life Circle — a rigorous, lineage-based training rooted in the Himalayan Tantric and Sri Vidya traditions. Through 50 hours of study, I learned to guide students into states of deep presence, inner clarity, and lasting transformation.
Tracee's approach honors the full depth of these ancient practices while making them accessible for modern life — and that philosophy lives at the heart of everything I offer.
