02. In Practice

In Practice is a four-week group breathwork series designed to support you in creating a sustainable daily practice—one that feels grounded, nourishing, and doable.

Through guided breath patterns, somatic tools, and intentional reflection, you’ll learn how to work with your breath to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and return to a deeper sense of clarity and connection. Each session will take place outdoors in Los Angeles, combining the power of breath with the calming presence of nature and community.

Embodied Alignment combines yoga, somatic movement, and coaching to help you release tension and cultivate mind-body harmony. Through personalized practices and deep self-exploration, we'll align your actions with your values, nurture your well-being, and empower you to live with purpose and vitality
